Crime Stoppers Needs Your Help

Crime Stoppers needs your help to solve the following crimes. If you know something, say something, as law enforcement cannot control crime without your help. Even the smallest bit of information may be just what law enforcement needs to solve these crimes.

St. Croix: On Thursday, Sept. 29, at about 9:30 p.m., the lifeless body of Troy Weiss was found with multiple stab wounds lying in the roadway of North Shore Road in Estate Cane Bay, at the entrance of a dirt trail to the west of Cane Bay Beach. Weiss was last seen leaving Bogey’s restaurant between 8 and 8:30 p.m., walking west on North Shore Road towards his home. If you have any information about this crime, please contact Crime Stoppers as soon as possible.

St. John: Sometime between Tuesday, Sept. 20, at 5:20 p.m., and Wednesday, Sept. 21, at 6:55 a.m., burglar(s) targeted the Department of Public Works at 6506 Susannaberg. The thieves entered and exited through the eastern door of the main building that leads to the rear door of the garage. Inside, they cut a gas hose and stole a large amount of gasoline from a storage tank.

St. Thomas: On Monday, Jan. 17, at about 9:30 p.m., police officers responded to shots fired in the Garden Street area near Crystal Gade. There, police found 28-year-old Keith Andrews, who was unresponsive and later died. Police are asking for information on this crime so the victim’s family can have closure.
