John Flavel Bryan, better known as “Sappy,” of Estate Dorothea, No. 2-B, died on March 20, at his residence. He was 80 years old.
He was survived by his wife: Marie Lolita Bryan; sons: Roy, Jeffrey, Michael and Barry Bryan; daughters: Doris Silvagnoli and Theresa Bryan; brother, Carl Bryan; sisters: Rita Ryke, Gwyneth Gilhooley and Beryl Famiglie Hi; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 9 a.m. on Monday, March 28 followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish. Interment will take place at the Bryan Family Cemetery, Crown Mountain.
