Meeting Called to Prepare for Challenge of Christmas Carols

Emancipation Garden Christmas Card Inc. is preparing for the 34th Challenge of Carols in Emancipation Garden, which will be held at 5:45 a.m. on Christmas 2010. Choir directors and leaders are asked to attend a one-hour meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 22, in Emancipation Garden to continue with the planning. Dues of $20 are again requested.
Members are reminded to bring their ideas for the Luther Robles, Esther Marks, Alec Lloyd, Governor’s and Honorable Choirs Conductor awards issued on Christmas morning. The public is reminded that the awards are not issued based upon performance on Christmas morning but on their involvement in promoting the spirit of the season.
