Vincent Mason Sr. Pool Temporarily Closes for Repairs

The Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation advises the general public that Vincent Mason Sr. Pool in Frederiksted is closed until further notice to undergo some much needed repairs. Commissioner St. Claire N. Williams emphasizes that the closure is temporary and the public will be notified when it will be reopened after the repairs are completed.

“Even though the use of the pool is temporarily curtailed, the park facility is open for use by the public and the beach is available to be utilized although it suffered sand erosion.” Every effort will be made to expeditiously bring the pool back into operations, and we regret any inconvenience that may be caused,” Williams said.
