Domestic Violence Murder Suspect Nabbed

Ruben Ubiles Santana, 59, was arrested Saturday by V.I. police and charged with first-degree murder in connection with the July 2 death of 43-year-old Pricilla Monique Davis.

Santana was arrested just after 4 p.m. Saturday in the grassy area behind the Wheatley Skill Center. Santana was held without bail pending his advice of rights hearing.

Police on St. Thomas issued a wanted poster for Santana after discovering the body of Davis. According to police, Davis was found unresponsive in a residence in Frenchtown early Friday morning. Police believe Davis was a victim of domestic violence.
