Friends of Libraries Celebrates 28 Years of Community Service

In celebration of 28 years serving the community, the Friends of St. Thomas Public Libraries (FOSTPL) invites the public to their annual meeting, set for 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 30, in the Upper Gallery at the Enid M. Baa Public Library. On the agenda are updates on 2009 activities, board elections and the progress of the new St. Thomas Regional Library in Tutu.

The guest speakers will be UVI Bookstore Manager Mervin V. Taylor and Territorial Director of Libraries, Archives & Museums Ingrid A. Bough, JD. Light refreshments will be served.
