Thomas William Hodge Sr., also known as “Bill,” of Upper Love died on Oct. 8, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. He was 77 years old. He is survived by his daughter, Joycelyn Rosemary Hodge; stepdaughters: Dorsette White, Valare Walters and Sylvia Phillip; sons: Alfred William Hodge and Thomas William Hodge Jr.; stepsons: Fitzroy White and Glenroy Phillip; and grandchildren: Kareem Harvey, Theodore and Akeel Bartlette, K’moy, Cherise, Michael, Michell, Ebony, Tamika, William Jr., Akeem, Shequera and Jakeel Hodge. He is also survived by great-grandchildren: Kianna and Latavia Bartlette, Wiliam Hodge III and Faith Greaux; sister, Francis Gumbs; nieces: the children of the late Jane Hodge and Phyllis Mathew of St. Maarten; special friend, Peter White ; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
The will be a viewing held at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m., on Saturday, Oct. 24, at the James Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
