A Document to Nowhere

Dear Source:
The only two issues that received an overwhelming outcry was for the constitutional convention to accomplish sub-districting and reduction of our senators to seven. Neither was accomplished, although many delegates campaigned on those very issues. If we, the taxpayers, are going to pay $500,000 for any 'education' it needs to be for the education of United States Constitution since clearly the verbiage in the draft is illegal.
'Document to nowhere' since this will not even muster passing the U.S. Congress.
