Legislature's Web Site Is Dysfunctional

Dear Source:
The new Legislature's website is completely inaccessible to anyone with vision or hearing impairments (Section 508, http://www.section508.gov/).
Quite frankly I am just appalled by the poor functionality and outdated coding of the website. I don't mind the design at all, but when you have a "search" function on your website it should search your website's content, and not provided umpteen searches for other search engines to search everywhere else.
A good content management system would make updating and maintaining the website a breeze, and there are a handful of ASP.NET based CMS, and at least one of them is Open Source.
