Who Exactly Are These People Representing?

Dear Source:

I feel the same as Ms. Henry expressed in her letter about the failures of the Constitutional Convention.
Aren't we all exhausted by the buffoonery, bullying and disruptive behavior of some of its members? Aren't some of these same members people who have also "assisted" on prior conventions? When are we going to learn!
This has been a farce and a complete and total waste of taxpayers' time and hard earned money. Are these people going to be responsible for reimbursing the taxpayers? There should be a law stating that if they cannot get it done properly they must return the funds. Additionally those members serving on 2 failed constitutional conventions should be barred from ever being on another.
It's been embarrassing to read what they have done. Who exactly are these people representing? It is certainly not the people of the Virgin Islands.
