All Saints Nurtures Body and Soul

March 15, 2009 – Health Ministries of the Cathedral Church of All Saints offers health and fitness classes for adults of all ages from 5:30-6:30 p.m., on Monday and Thursday, at the church. The Cathedral Church and classrooms are located on Garden Street, two blocks north of the post office and Main Street.
Participants are asked to wear their sweats and to bring a mat, one to five pound weights and water. The classes will start with simple stretches, toning and strengthening the body. No one is too old, too heavy or too achy to benefit from the exercises under the direction of Dr. Arlene Lockridge.
Explore the meaning of the lectionary readings for the following Sunday at Deacon Wes Williams' Bible Study class on Monday night from 5:30-7 p.m., at the Cathedral. Everyone participates in discovering the interrelationship of the readings for a more meaningful Eucharistic experience on Sunday. Study on Monday. Exercise on Thursday.
If a ride is needed, call the church office at 774-0217 to arrange for transportation.
