Dear Source:
I would hope that people who take the time to write a letter to the editor would take the time to really read the story they are so incensed about. The Source story regarding the fines levied on the Pirate's Harbor Tour clearly said it was the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs and the V. I. Taxicab Commission who conducted the sting operation and nowhere in the story does it even mention the VIPD. It seems you have publically shown your inefficiency in reading comprehension, so who is laughing now?
