This Cannot Be the Policy

Dear Source:
I have spent the last four months grieving with my lifelong friends Dale and Janice Sukow over the loss of their only child, Marcus Sukow. I am appalled to learn that William Clark is on active duty with the ATF agency in Miami. He is carrying a weapon and walking the streets free after shooting an unarmed man five times. Surely this cannot be the policy of a government agency in the United States! I spoke with the agent in charge, Carlos Baixauli in November and he told me the ATF does not investigate homicides. But the fact that they allowed Mr. Clark back to active duty is beyond belief. The offense listed on the police report states Assault 1st Degree, but he was allowed to leave St. Thomas the very same day. The Sukow's and Marcus' 15 year old daughter had visited him there twice in the 14 months that he lived there. He loved the island and wanted to make it his permanent home. What a horrific tragedy! Surely there will be some justice for this grief stricken family.
