Brief: Guardrails Going Up at Red Hook Cargo Ramp

Sept. 4, 2008 — Beginning Monday, the V.I. Port Authority will install guardrails on the south side of the cargo ramp access road at the Urman V. Fredericks Marine Terminal in Red Hook.
"Installation of the guardrails is expected to be completed within three weeks," according to a VIPA news release. "The authority regrets any inconveniences this construction project may cause as we strive to improve the operations of the Red Hook facility."
Drivers are asked to use caution in the area.
