Mark Abraham Dies at 82

Aug. 20, 2008 – Mark Abraham, also known as "Sparrow," of Grove Place died on Aug. 17.
He is survived by his spouse, Hellina Abraham; daughters: Frances Abraham, Juliana Moreau, Annorah Gilbert, Roberte Cazaubon, Agnes Gilford, Jackqueline Merrifield and Cecile Abraham; sons: Narcisse, Yves and Francis Abraham; sisters: Josaphine Presscott, Ruthine Theodile and Justine Dariah; and brothers: Phillip, Oliver, Patrick and Ciford Abraham. He is also survived by grandchildren: Bryan Henry, Jairzhino and Sue-Ann Marten, Marcus and Elize Moreau, Lloyd and Leon Gilbert, Malinda Gilbert, Kenneth and Kareen Cazaubon, Angelique, Joseph and Duran Gilford, Lue-Ann Fludd, Raquel, Diana and De-Ann Merrifield, Jennifer and Jessica Moise, Jaeda Magrino, Shamal, Evana, Anelle, Romaire, Narcissa, Claudelle and Nigel Abraham; and 16 great-grandchildren. Other survivors include close family and friends: the Gilbert, Cuffy, Lubrin and Lawrence families, Celia Daniel and family, Martha and family, Julian Blaize, Joseph Marten, and Mr. and Mrs. Cuthbert; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 9 a.m., on Tuesday, Aug. 26, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
Professional funeral arrangements are entrusted to James Memorial Funeral Home Inc.
