Time for the Feds?

Dear Source:
Maybe the time has come to revisit the issue of federal management. Maybe we all need to flood the Secretary of the Interior's office with letters begging someone to step in and help the people of the Virgin Islands who can do nothing in the face of the mismanagement of the island's electric utility. I agree with Ms. Clarke that we will soon be run soley on generator power. I recently had to increase the rates for my rental villa, I have already had a cancellation and I fear more will follow. I hope the last person left with electricity on St. Croix remembers to turn off the light when they leave, there will be no one left in the very near future.
