Another Scandal

Dear Source:

I am appalled at the recent audit findings for Schneider Hospital. When reimbursement is made, WAPA should be immediately paid all the hospital owes the utility. Prosecution and recovery of funds should be paramount, in addition to accounting controls. When will these scandals end!
