Dear Source:
This Rum issue is the latest in a very long list of examples that Virgin Islanders have a very difficult time in working together for the benefit of all concerned. Maybe it really is time to look toward Statehood. St. Croix could become a State, St. Thomas could become a State and St. John could become a State and we could all be part of the Republic of the United States.
