Joseph Lawrence Combie Dead at 82

May 14, 2008 – Joseph Lawrence Combie, also known as "Fortune," died on May 10, at his home.
He is survived by his spouse, Lucia Combie; daughters: Alena Edwin, Marie Holmes, Alexandrine Arthur, Jen Combie and Agnita Brown; sons: Joseph Michael, Christopher, Simon, Saturminus, Robert and Oswald Combie; grandchildren: Christopher, Christina, Mathew, Brandon and Paige Combie, Eugenia and Christopher Brown, Kevin and Ebony Holmes, and Aquila and Alex Arthur. He is also survived by brothers: Percival, Alan, Russell, Kenneth and Kennedy Combie; sisters: Camilla Hayes, and Helen and Elaine Combie; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place from 9:30-10:30 a.m., on Friday, May 16, at St. Ann's Catholic Church, followed by a funeral service at 10:30 am, at the church. Interment will be at the Kingshill Cemetery.
