What's Up Next on the Doug Lewis Show

April 22, 2008 – Tune into the Doug Lewis Show on WVGN 107.3 FM from 1-3 p.m., on Sunday, April 27. This Sunday we will feature music by Jack Ingram, Arlen Roth, Lizz Wright, Dinah Washington, Bruce Hornsby, Ben Arnold and more.
The Modern Music Feature CD is "This Is It" by Texas artist Jack Ingram. He straddles the line between the new alt country sound and mainstream radio-friendly country music. Ingram is one of the few artists who have done this successfully.
The Indie Spotlight CD is "Toolin Around Woodstock" by Arlen Roth. This CD has some talented guest artists including an appearance from Woodstock resident Levon Helm.
We play new music from Marcia Ball, Lizz Wright, Ben Bedford, the Kennedys and more.
We also play music from Buckwheat Zydeco, Dinah Washington, Laurie Lewis, Ricky Skaggs, Bruce Hornsby and more.
We celebrate the birthdays of singer-songwriter Ben Arnold, folk singer Ingrid Croce (Jim Croce's widow), and Pete Ham of Badfinger.
We include music from a CD release that features the music of St. John musicians and songwriters.
Doug Lewis Show is underwritten by Hook, Line and Sinker; Molly Molones; and St. Thomas Radiology Associates.
