What's Up Next on the Doug Lewis Show

April 9, 2008 – Tune into the Doug Lewis Show on WVGN 107.3 FM from 1-3 p.m., on Sunday, April 13. This Sunday we will feature music by Dan Fogelberg, Terri Hendrix, Linda Ronstadt, Al Green, James Gordon, Chuck Berry and more.
The Modern Music Feature CD is "The Very Best of Dan Fogelberg," which has 17 tracks picked by the artist himself. Fogelberg passed away a few months ago, and this CD compilation includes many of his most loved songs.
The Indie Spotlight CD is "The Essential Beatnik Jazz" by Ike Eichenberg, who is also a member of the Hot Club of Coral Bay. Terri Hendrix played in the Virgin Islands a few months ago and recorded one of Ike's songs.
We play new music from Tad Robinson, Jackie Greene, James Gordon and more.
We include music from Chuck Berry, Los Lonely Boys, Robert Cray, Linda Ronstadt, the Temptations and more.
We celebrate the birthdays of Jack Casady of the Jefferson Airplane, Al Green, bluegrass virtuoso Sam Bush, Lester Chamber of the Chamber Brothers and Lowell George of Little Feat. We remember Chuck Berry's pianist Johnnie Johnson and folk singer Burl Ives on the anniversary of their deaths.
We give away a compilation CD of songs from the television show "House" and a compilation called "Our Side of Town," which has contributions from numerous Red House Records artists.
Doug Lewis Show is underwritten by Hook, Line and Sinker; Molly Molones; and St. Thomas Radiology Associates.
