The League of Women Voters of the Virgin Islands will hold it 39th annual meeting on Saturday, April 19, at the UVI Administration and Conference Center. They will discuss plans for the upcoming year and elect officers.
The guest speaker will be Wanda Mills Bocachica, Ph.D., who is the director of planning at the V.I. Department of Planning and Natural Resources. She will speak on "Current Strategic Planning Initiatives."
The public is invited. Registration is at 9 a.m. and costs $5. Lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m. and costs $30.
