March 26, 2008 – Ramón Acevedo, also known as "Monchi," of Estate Whim, died on Sunday, March 23, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. He was 77 year old.
He is survived by his mother: Alejandrina Acevedo; father, Eufemio Acevedo; daughters: Iris Dalia Acevedo and Carmen Zoraida Acevedo; and grandchildren: Eduardo, Leilanie, Debbie, Georgito, Mandy, Jay, Clifford and Zacharie. He is also survived by great-grandchildren: Eva Marie, Chayanne, Shane and Nandito; sisters: Carmin, Luz Maria and Ines; brother, Alfredo; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 29, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, King Carlton, Frederiksted.
