Feb. 9, 20008 – The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission has scheduled two public hearings on Aquatic Management, LLC d/b/a V.I. SeaTrans' application for the approval of passenger fares, cargo rates and fees.
The hearings are scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 20, on St. Croix in the Port Authority conference room, in the Henry Rohlsen Airport; and Thursday, Feb. 21, on St. Thomas in the Public Services Commission office, located in Barbel Plaza. Both hearings will commence promptly at 5 p.m., according to a press release from PSC
All documents pertaining to the rate investigation of V.I. SeaTrans are available for public review at the PSC offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix.
Any member of the public interested in making comments on the rate investigation are requested to submit them in writing to the PSC offices on St. Thomas or St. Croix by Friday, Feb. 15. Verbal comments not submitted prior to the deadline may be heard at the hearings subject to the discretion of the hearing examiner.
