Artist to Teach Workshops on Watercolor Painting

Jan. 4, 2008 – North Carolina artist Alexis Lavine will conduct her 4th annual watercolor painting workshops on St. Croix in February.
She has been teaching watercolor and drawing workshops and classes for nearly 20 years. The artist is a signature member of The National Association of Women Artists, The Baltimore Watercolor Society, and The Piedmont Outdoor Painting Society.
The workshops will take students to different locations for outdoor watercolor painting each day. She will provide instruction, demonstrations, and critiques every day, and students will have plenty of supervised painting time.
Lavine's paintings can be seen locally at Many Hands Gallery, and she will participate in the Caribbean Fine Art Exhibit at the Good Hope School. This year, she will be teaching two workshops, Feb. 4-8 and Feb. 25-29. Additional students are welcome.
