Police Looking for Suspects in Recent Crimes

Jan. 2, 2008 — The V.I. Police Department is looking for two suspects wanted in connection with separate crimes. The department has issued wanted posters of the suspects and is asking for the public's assistance in locating the two men.
Almen Chesterfield, 30, is wanted in connection with an assault that occurred Dec. 25 at Coki Point Beach, St. Thomas. Chesterfield is considered armed and dangerous, according to police. He was born on St. Thomas. He is 5'10" and lists his address as 123 Anna's Fancy.
The second suspect is Angel L. James, 30, also a St. Thomas native. James is wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred Nov. 13 in the area of Nisky Center. The suspect is 5'11" and weighs 125 pounds. He is known to frequent the Bournfield area.
If you have any information on the whereabouts of these two men, notify police by calling 911 or call Det. Donald Liburd of the Investigation Bureau at 715-5522 or 774-2221, ext. 5506.
