Wind Workshop Planned for St. Thomas

Dec. 7, 2007 – For those interested in turning wind into electricity, the Department of Planning and Natural Resources V.I. Energy Office is presenting a Wind Workshop on St. Thomas on Jan. 31. The location has tentatively been set at Wyndham Sugar Bay.
The workshop will feature experts on all facets of this fast growing technology, which can help break Virgin Islanders dependency on oil, according to a press release from V.I.E.O.
