Nov. 16, 2007 — A water-service interruption from 6 a.m. to noon Saturday will affect the area of Raadet’s Gade to Palme Strade, including sections of Back Street, Crystal Gade and surrounding areas.
During the interruption, water technicians on St. Thomas will continue leak-detection surveys on Saturday, according to a news release from the V.I. Water and Power Authority.
"WAPA appreciates the patience of its customers as it continues to detect and repair leaks as a critical component of the utility’s line loss-reduction program," the release said. "Every effort will be made to restore water service to the affected areas as soon as possible."
