What's Up Next on the Doug Lewis Show

May 2, 2007 – Tune into the Doug Lewis Show on WVGN 107.3 FM from 1 to 3 p.m., Sunday, May 6. This Sunday we will feature music by Bob Seger, Buddy Mondlock, Koko Taylor, Steely Dan, ZZ Top, Peggy Lee and more.
The Modern Music Feature CD is "Face the Promise," the first CD of new material in 11 years from Michigan rocker Bob Seger, who also happens to be celebrating a birthday on Sunday.
The Indie Spotlight CD is "The Edge of the World" by singer-songwriter Buddy Mondlock, who has released a strong solo CD. Buddy was last heard from a couple of years ago as a contributing artist to Art Garfunkel's solo release, which featured both Buddy and Maia Sharp.
We play new music from John Mellencamp, Koko Taylor, Carrie Newcomer, Terrance Simien and the Zydeco Experience and more.
We include music from Steely Dan, Ryan Adams, Maria Muldaur, Tony Joe White, ZZ Top and more.
We celebrate the birthdays of rocker Bob Seger, Texas artist Jimmie Dale Gilmore, and jazz and pop vocalist Peggy Lee.

We give away a CD by blues artist Walter Trout and a CD from talented singer-songwriter Ana Egge.
