Former Sen. Redfield to Chair V.I. Campaign for Giuliani

April 26, 2007 — The Giuliani Presidential Committee this week announced that former Sen. Holland L. Redfield, II, currently Republican national committeeman of the Virgin Islands, will serve as campaign and finance chair for the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Redfield will also coordinate efforts and act as a liaison to all U.S. off-island territories, including American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Northern Marianas Islands.
"We're excited to have him on board," said National Finance Chairman Roy Bailey.
Redfield served six terms as a V.I. senator, from 1984-1998. Redfield also ran for lieutenant governor in 1994.
"I have complete confidence in Mayor Giuliani's abilities to represent the Virgin Island's diverse population as president and I believe he would be the most effective policy maker," Redfield said.
