Superior Court Announces Scheduling for Carnival

April 20, 2007 – The Superior Court of the Virgin Islands has granted administrative leave for Carnival to its employees. The Court will adhere to the following schedule April 23-27.
District St. Thomas-St. John Wednesday, April 25: closed from noon to 5 p.m. (all previously calendared matters will be heard as scheduled).
Thursday, April 26: closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Advice of Rights and all previously calendared matters will be heard as scheduled).
Districts of St. Thomas-St. John and St. Croix Friday, April 27: closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (in the District of St. Croix, Advice of Rights hearings will be heard as scheduled).
Please note:
On Wednesday, April 25: in the St. Thomas-St. John District, filings will be accepted in the Clerk's office until 5 p.m.
On Thursday, April 26: in the St. Thomas-St. John District, filings will be accepted via a secured lock box at the entrance of the Court's premises at the Alexander A. Farrelly Justice Center.
On Friday, April 27: in the District of St. Croix, filings will be accepted via a secured lock box on the first floor of the R. H. Amphlett Leader Justice Complex.
