The New Bill Needs Tweaking

Dear Source:
While it is nice to see that senators are passing legislation to assist emergency workers, I feel that a critical aspect is being ignored, that of after-action psychological support for emergency personnel.
Often, after the crisis has been contained and resolved, emergency workers have to contend with the after-effects that can last for years to come.
Some means of stress related relief must be instituted and made available to assure that our brave and hard working first responders, EMTs, Police, Fire and other related persons can go forward without suffering Post Traumatic Stress and it's associated debilities.
This deficiency needs to be addressed forthwith, as our responders are on the job 24/7 and need the help that this counseling can provide.
