UVI and PTSA to Co-Host Constitution Forum
The University of the Virgin Islands and the Parent Teachers Students Association (PTSA) of the St. Croix Educational Complex will co-host a forum on a Constitution for the Virgin Islands at 6 p.m., on Tuesday, March 6, at the Complex auditorium. Appearing on the program will be John Abramson, the supervisor of elections, Cecil Benjamin, a St. Croix delegate to the Fourth Constitutional Convention, and Tregenza A. Roach, the coordinator of the university's public education program in support of the convention.
