Troupe Leaders Meeting to be Held
There will be a mandatory troupe leaders meeting for all troupes that plan to participate in the children's parade and the adult's parade for the 2007 Carnival. It will be held at 5:30 p.m., on Thursday, Feb. 22, in the Lockhart School cafeteria.
Participants will meet the executive board of the V.I. Carnival Committee, the Parade Committee, the VIPD, and the coordinators of the King and Queen of the Band competition.
