Jan. 24, 2007 — An H&R Block franchise will open in Villa LaReine just in time for tax season.
Dynamic Management and Consultants will hold a grand opening Friday of its H&R Block franchise as part of the company's expanded services, Dynamic Owner and President Sam Baptiste said in a news release.
H&R Block is a leading provider of tax, financial, mortgage, accounting and business-consulting services and products and is the world's largest tax-services provider, according to the release.
"H&R Block provides name recognition, and this new office will give residents ready access to H&R Block professionals and a full array of tax services and products," Baptiste said.
The grand opening will kick off with a press conference at 10 a.m. Friday at the company’s Villa LaReine location. Company officials plan to detail services that will be offered at the new office. On hand Friday will be Roberto Falcon, H&R Block's franchise district manager based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, according to Darlene A. Carty, a financial partner in the company.
In 2005 H&R Block served more than 21 million clients nationwide and the company has about 1000 financial advisers serving clients at its 360 branch offices nationwide, Baptiste said.
"Dynamic Management will offer the same high level of service on St. Croix," he said.
