the people of the vi better wakeup to prosser's plans are the telephone company will go down the drain.i was the chairman of the psc when he bought the company.he told us on the psc that we did not know how to run anything and he was going to show us how to run a business in the vi.he seem's to have the psc in his grip.i live in florida now thank god and do not have to take this as a tax payer. thank you,
