We Need to Be Inclusive Not Exclusive

Dear Source:
Carol Berry is right on target. All of the acrimonious posturing by various politicians over the past years in debating (?) this issue has stressed exclusion, focusing on who is not a true Virgin Islander. Carol has taken an inclusive approach and in doing so has honed in on the real meat of the matter. It's what's in our hearts and actions to preserve and improve our home that counts. Hooray for Carol Berry.
