King and Queen Applications Are Available

March 10, 2006 – Applications for the Carnival 2006 King and Queen of the Band and Junior King and Queen of the Band are now available at the Carnival Committee office.
An important rule change for 2006 eliminates the troupe membership requirement. Now, individuals are allowed to display their fantastic and elaborate costume designs for a chance to take home the title of "King" or "Queen" of the Band for Virgin Islands Carnival.
For more information, call Delyn Willett at 714-9619, the VICC's office at 776-3112 or visit the committee's office on lower Main Street across from the Department of Finance.
