Feb. 18, 2006 – Road crews will be out working on several areas on Sunday and Monday. On Sunday Public Works crews will be working on Route 334 in Estate Elizabeth from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Also on Sunday, crews will be working on Norre Gade from Post Office Square to Hospital Gade between noon and 5 p.m.
On Monday, construction crews will be working on Route 42 in Estae Tabor and Harmony from 9 a.m. to noon.
A release from George W. Phillips, acting Public Works commissioner, said "There will be absolutely no parking allowed in the area when road work is being performed in order to allow the construction crews to place the reflective pavement markings. Flagmen will be present to assist with traffice flow and we ask that motorists proceed through these areas with caution."
