The Charlotte Amalie Chapter of the Independent Citizens Party will hold a general meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 15, at 6 p.m. in the Community Room of the Palms Court Harbor View Hotel, St. Thomas. All eligible persons interested in being a part of the movement are urged to attend and bring along someone with you.
