Feb. 4, 2006 – The Environmental Health Division of the Department of Health will hold food safety clinics for food vendors who will be participating in the Agricultural and Food Fair later this month.
The clinic will be hosted by Stevie Webster, environmental health officer. Over 100 vendors are expected to attend the first clinic on Friday, Feb. 10, and the second clinic on Monday, Feb. 13. Both will be held at the Curriculum Center from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
