Omega Offers Free Workshops
Omega is offering workshops for free in Qigong, Tantra yoga, natural mysteries of the world and opening to a "free heart."
On Monday, Jan. 23, from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Lumberyard Complex in Cruz Bay in the St. John School of Arts classroom (upstairs to the right of Polli's restaurant), the speaker will be Alan Lowen. Lowen says," when we weave together into an integrated here and now awareness, and all that is ever happening within us, life itself becomes our love relationship. This is natural tantra; it governs all our relating with ourselves, with life happening, with other people. It brings happiness and spiritual consciousness."
