Brief: St. John Man Killed in Early Morning Fire

Oct. 29, 2005 – A St. John man died early Saturday in a Grunwald house fire. Deputy Fire Chief Brian Chapman declined to release his name until his next of kin is notified.
Chapman said the fire is under investigation. He could not say whether it was a case of arson until the investigation begins.
"We're waiting for forensics," he said.
He said the fire was reported around 4:30 a.m. Saturday.
