Oct. 24, 2005 – Dr. Emily Carter, superintendent of schools for St. Thomas-St. John, advises parents, guardians and the general public that there will be early dismissals at three district public schools during the week of Oct. 24. They are necessary to facilitate faculty meetings at the schools. Bus transportation will be provided at schools that offer the service. Parents who routinely pick up their children are asked to do so at the earlier dismissal time.
Joseph Sibilly Elementary will close at 1 p.m.,Tuesday, Oct. 25.
Joseph Gomez Elementary will close at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 26.
Ivanna Eudora Kean High School will close at 1 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 27.
