The Rotary Club of St. Thomas II will have the Fire Chief of the Virgin Islands, Glen Francis, as their guest speaker at their regular lunchtime meeting. It will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 7, at 12:30 p.m., at the Windows on the Harbor Dining Room of the Marriott's Frenchman's Reef Beach Resort.
