Aug. 31, 2005 – Sarah E. Weston, also known as "Auntie" or "Tiershi," passed away at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. She died on Monday, Aug. 22, at age 77.
She is survived by daughters: Catherine "Janet" Fleary and Corporal Joan Weston; sons: Thomas Smith and Colin Weston; stepdaughter, Cathlyn Weston, and adopted daughter, Narissia Martin. She is also survived by sisters: Roselyn Williams Flemming and Ruth Williams Walcott; and a brother, John Williams. Other survivors include eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 10 a.m. and a funeral service following at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 6 at James Memorial Chapel.
Her body will be flown to Antigua where funeral services will take place on Thursday, Sept. 8, at Lebanon Moravian Church in Sea View Farm, Antigua. Interment will be at Lebanon Churchyard Cemetery.
