Carnival Committee General Meeting Scheduled for September 9
The Virgin Islands Carnival Committee has scheduled a general meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9, for the selection of the official theme for Carnival 2006. All subcommittee chairpersons and members are asked to attend to expedite this process.
