Dear Source,
In May of 2004 my wife and I made our first visit to St. Croix. One of our goals was to try real island cuisine. I'm happy to say that I found Kim's on one of my exploratory walks and brought my wife there early one evening for dinner.
My wife had the King fish and I had the curry chicken. It was the best chicken I think I ever had. From the picture in the article I believe that Ms. Chiverton was our waitress, even though she doesn't like waiting tables.
We are definitely going back To Kim's when we return this October.
