The 7th annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer two-mile fun run-walk to benefit the St. Thomas-St. John Unit of the American Cancer Society will be held Sunday, Oct. 17, at 5:30 p.m.
The course starts and ends in the Port of Sale Mall in Havensight on St. Thomas.
Awards will be presented to the top overall male and female finishers and to first-place finishers in seven age categories. Register at GNC Endurance Sports in the Port of Sale Mall, Caribbean Surf Co. in Havensight or Royal Dane Mall and at the Jackson Complex. Advance fees are $3 for youth under 18, $7 for adults and $5 for St. Thomas Association of Roadrunners members. Race day, the fee will be $10. For more information, call 775-6373.
