Sept. 23, 2004 Police are looking for a 21-year-old woman who has been missing since Monday. Herminio Velazquez, deputy police chief for St. Croix, said Lorraine Bryan, an Estate Castle Burke resident, was last seen early Monday afternoon in the Sunny Isles Shopping Center and also at a bank near the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Castle Coakley. When last seen Bryan was wearing "a brown blouse and blue jeans with a skirt flared at the bottom," according to a release from Velazquez.
Bryan, a University of the Virgin Islands student, has a brown complexion, brown hair and light green eyes. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds, Velazquez said. Besides on the UVI campus, Bryan is often seen in Estate Castle Coakley where she works for a small business.
Anyone with information on Bryan's whereabouts is asked to call the V.I. Police Department's Forensic Unit at 778-2211, ext. 4535, the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 778-2211, ext. 4531, or 911.
"We at the Virgin Islands Police Department are determined to find Ms. Bryan," Velazquez said, "And we need your assistance."
